Kennewick Marina, Washington State — Completed in 2007 for the Port of Kennewick, this marina project includes 33,361 square feet of covered moorage within the larger Clover Island Marina redevelopment. The covered moorage system was designed with galvanized steel framing and pre-finished metal roofing to create a clean, open-plan layout that minimizes the number of posts along the docks while improving vessel access and sightlines. Located at Clover Island on the Columbia River, the marina forms part of a modern facility that accommodates more than 150 vessels and offers both covered and open moorage.
