Fairwinds Marina, Schooner Cove, B.C. — Fairwinds Marina, located in scenic Schooner Cove on Vancouver Island, underwent a comprehensive renovation featuring advanced structural concrete docks supplied by IMFS International Marine Floatation Systems Ltd. Set against the backdrop of the Strait of Georgia and the Coastal Mountains, this private 250-berth marina offers transient moorage for vessels ranging from 25 feet to over 100 feet. The upgraded facility includes fully serviced docks with power pedestals providing 15A to 100A service, fresh water, a fuel dock offering both gasoline and diesel, and pump-out capability. Originally planned as a three-phase project over three years, the marina renovation was successfully completed in just 22 months, delivering a total of 46,000 square feet of modern marina infrastructure.
