IMFS was contracted to build custom floating home for Seattle, Washington along Portage Bay. This Floating concrete foundation measures 25.5 ft x 40 ft and supports a 1,350 SF home, 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Main floor is sunken into the concrete float to allow more headroom on the main floor.
