IMFS built the concrete floating foundation for the Peter Jay Sharp Boathouse, Harlem River in Inwood Manhattan, NYC. This concrete floating foundation was designed & engineered in 10 match cast / post tensioned sections that where all built in our Delta, B.C. work yard and then trucked to New York City to be launched into the water and then assembled into one large 81-4″ x 49′-4″ x 8ft high floating foundation.
